Location:  Arlington, VA (Rosslyn Metro)

Job Summary: 

The Facilities & Services Operations Lead prioritizes and completes assigned standardized tasks following general guidelines to meet defined goals.  He/she may assist each customer by providing individualized attention, accurate information, efficient service and timely follow-up.  Candidates must have a four year degree or 2 years management experience in lieu of a degree.

Key Responsibilities:

•  May independently complete a wide range of services such as Service and/or Facility Operations.

Service Operations:

•  Interview/hire new resources as needed

•  Manage new hire training/access •  Supervise resource schedules-PTO, OT, Training, meetings

•  Monitor attendance and time reporting

•  Monitor security procedures

•  Coordinate emergency evacuations

•  Manage emergency evacuations/data protection new hire presentation

•  Manage data protection monthly compliance checks

•  Manage TeamTrack updates

•  Work with asset management during audits & yearly inventory

•  Work with CIO for any resource needs

•  Update F&S SharePoint site •  Manage program AP invoice reconciliation

Facilities:

•  POC for property management

•  Manage printer maintenance/supplies

•  Manage kitchen supplies/cleaning

•  Manage Redcoats cleaning representative

•  Manage/coordinate vendor contracts & service

•  Negotiate contracts with new vendors

•  Work with CIO to facilitate small/large office moves

•  Fulfill resource requests

•  24/7 POC for Kastle/Data Watch calls for server rooms, access doors

•  Manage build outs

•  Work with Graphics department-signs/artwork

•  Manage corporate AMEX credit card account
